For our 20th anniversary, we will be hosting a very special Radiology Retreat in Scotland, at the Lodge on Loch Lomond. With MSK, Neuro, Head & Neck, & Abdominal MRI & CT case reviews, we'll provide advanced-level imaging practice to enhance your clinical skills, whilst in absolute luxury.

About The Event
Welcome to our 20th anniversary MRI Radiology Retreat, to be held in Loch Lomond, Scotland, offering an advanced Radiology Study Break like no other.
Suitable for Consultant Radiologists, Registrars and Doctors with an interest in MRI Imaging, our four-day Imaging course will provide days dedicated to MSK, Neuroradiology, Abdominal, and Head & Neck MRI case reviews.
By day, this jam-packed CME event will host experts from across the UK, as we share cases and expertise across a diverse range of pathologies. Finishing around 3 every day, you'll have the chance to explore the wondrous beauty of Loch Lomond and the surrounding area. The Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel's location offers it's very own jetty with the opportunity to take an exhilarating speedboat trip, or indulge in wakeboarding or a canoe safari. If relaxation is what you're in need of, guests can enjoy a luxurious yacht cruise, or a luxurious spa treatment using the Lodge's Amber Rose Spa facilities.
Our experienced faculty and sessions include:
Day 1 – Abdominal with Dr Joanna Kasznia-Brown (Bristol, UK)
Starting off Day 1 we'll review Imaging of liver, small bowel and MRI of biliary tree finishing with an interactive session – challenging cases and discussions before lunch. For the afternoon we'll review paediatric and adult abdominal emergencies as well as abdominal trauma – when and how to image, followed by a final interactive session to finish the day.
Day 2 – MSK Spine with Dr Ramy Mansour (Oxford, UK)
Our MSK day kicks off with a range of clinically case-based lectures and interactive case-based discussions addressing all areas of Spinal Imaging, including Trauma with a practical and comprehensive update on advanced interpretation and reporting practice in spinal imaging
Day 3 - Neuroradiology with Dr Jo Jarosz (King's College, UK)
We start our day reviewing Epilepsy and cortical developmental abnormalities and then continue on to Stroke- what is important in acute interpretation. After lunch, we'll review a range or structural imaging of aging, neurodegeneration and dementia cases.
Day 4 - Head & Neck with Dr Youssef Mentias (Sunderland, UK)
We conclude our 4 days of Imaging by reviewing the anterior skull base and olfactory nerve, then we'll take a look at Imaging of the trigeminal nerve. Following a break we'll review Imaging of the facial and vestibulocochlear nerves, then before lunch take a look at Perineural spread in H&N malignancies. We then will spend the afternoon reviewing Imaging best practice of the middle skull base before we head off following a week of cultural delights in Scotland.

For ultimate convenience, we have a limited number of bedrooms reserved at the Inn on Loch Lomond with Bed & Breakfast which is a short drive from the Hotel in which we’ll host the course. There is limited availability so we advise booking before 12th May to avoid disappointment
