Paediatric Imaging Course

Join experts from across the UK, as we review a range of Paediatric Imaging cases across Neuroradiolgy, Trauma, MSK & Oncology.  Available to join us virtually and on-demand (to watch back in your own time) our Paediatric Imaging course offers an opportunity for General Radiologists/Registrars and Radiographers, as well as Paediatricians with an interest in Imaging, to share their knowledge.

This CPD event will cover best practices when acquiring images, covering the pitfalls and challenges of correctly reading images, as well as identifying pathology in the different areas.

DAY 1 - Thursday will begin with an emphaisis on Imaging of Suspected Abuse, providing a crucial update in Imaging NAI, reviewing a range of MSK, Neuro and cross-sectional imaging cases. After lunch we'll heare from Dr Joanna Brown with seminars on Paediatric Abdominal Emergencies and Skeletal Infections. Finishing up on advances in AI within Paediatric Imaging with Dr Jaishree Naidoo - Paediatric Radiologist and CEO of Envisionit Deep AI

DAY 2 - Friday will then offer range of general Imaging seminars with experts from London & Alderhey providing specialist seminars on Abdominal/Renal Tumours, Chest CT, Head & Neck Masses and a Neurooncology update. We'll also provide a specialist seminar from Dr Elspth Whitby on Fetal MRI - how to perform and helpful tips on interpretation. After lunch we'll then look at tips and tricks to make Chest CT easy and finish off with an introduction to Interventional procedures, with Dr Adu.  

As a result of this course, you will sharpen your reporting skills and optimise scanning efficiency, following discussion from a range of speakers on recent clinical cases.
