Associate Professor Patrick Veit-Haibach, is a dual trained Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Physician, previously section head of the PET/CT-MR section at the University Hospital Zurich, and since 2017 Associate Professor and Director of the PET/MR Program at the University Health Network in Toronto. In Zurich Dr. Veit-Haibach was leading one of the worldwide three PET/MR prototype sites.
He has published widely in the literature, including over 200 peer reviewed publications and book chapters, many in the major high impact Nuclear Medicine Journals including JNM and EJNMMI, and has also co-edited a recent book entitled “PET/MRI in Oncology, Current Clinical Applications”, published by Springer, 2018.
