All Medx radiologists are experienced highly qualified, sub-specialist consultants, who are registered with international credentials including with RANZCR and GMC. They all have a passion and understanding of the advantages of remote reporting and how it can help hospitals and patients worldwide. 

Although situated all over the world, the peer support system provided by the Medx clinical leadership team ensures that distance doesn’t prohibit collaboration, support, friendship, and continual clinical education. 

Our radiologists are all highly skilled credentialled consultants, with a secure unique in-house quality assurance process to monitor and maintain the highest clinical standards. 

All radiology reports that are issued by our radiologists are issued as final verified reports. 

Medx has a tailored feedback system to reporters, which is another key step in the quality process.

Our radiologists can provide optimal patient care with over 80% of all reports provided in under 30 mins. KPI’s of 30 mins, 60 mins and 4hrs with exam prioritization always according to the referral type. 

Our client support representatives are available 24/7 and can answer your questions or connect you directly with the radiologist handling your patients’ images and report.  

Our technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

We can provide either final or preliminary reports depending on your needs. Most of our reports are final.

Yes. Our goal is to be a partner with your business. Our radiologist will try to respond to any physician inquiry within minutes of receipt of their call.

Yes, we carry international insurance.

At Medx, we ensure the security of all patients and their data by encrypting all transmissions securely, through state-of-the-art security systems and processes. 

Through our advanced technology, we ensure data, and its integrity is retained within our client’s own secure environment, whilst presenting the entire clinical history to the Medx radiologist. 

The radiologist can make the most appropriate diagnosis, using all past reports and images, with the data always contained within the secure host location.

We offer an advanced turn-key technological solution, and we can start servicing you very quickly. The timeframe will vary depending on individual circumstances, credentialing requirements etc.

Prior to signing any contracts, a member of the Medx service team, together with relevant client staff members, an IT site survey is conducted. We work together to ensure all necessary hardware and software is compatible. Our radiologists then work with the client to optimize procedures to maximize patient throughput and turnaround times for reports. We then work closely with the client to develop an education program for all relevant staff on how to order Medx services and how they will receive reports from us.  

Finally, we thoroughly test the infrastructure and processes before going live.

Medx reporters are can join us either as sole traders or through limited companies and our contract documentation is fully IR-35 compliant for our UK based radiologists.

No all our recruitment, onboarding and training is online.

No, we provide all the top-of-the-range hardware required for your ideal home workstation with no set-up or rental fees, and we ship worldwide. We’ll send you the equipment and get it set up for you either in person if you’re in the UK or Australia or with remote help if you’re not.

Yes, all Medx radiologists are required to have suitable private medical indemnity insurance which we will need to take a copy of for our own records.

You will be provided with a full PACS workstation, including a PACS monitor, two dual-colour DICOM monitors, and high-quality Dragon Medical voice recognition software.
