Our Gold Package Includes:

PRE-EVENT COMMUNICATIONS
Feature on our course page with tracking link back to your website or account manager contact details.
Social Media highlight posts with links to website/products or key account manager social handles.
Feature on all emails promoting the event and communications with delegates booked onto the events. (This can be a digital advert or image/text-based piece with tracking links to your website/sales contact)
THE EVENT
Event attendance for 1 delegate (courses up to 60) and 2 delegates (Over 60 attendees).
A 15-minute presentation providing an introduction to the event (Must include relevant updates/case studies of the benefits of your service/product, relevant to our attendees).
Logo and feature (250 words) within the event handbook.
Logo on presentation slides for JCA presentations and attendance name tags.
You can bring 1 x large banner (up to 2x3m) for the delegate room along with a literature stand for brochure/leaflets etc. If the event is also virtual you’ll be given the opportunity to create a Zoom breakout room for virtual attendees to ask questions over lunch or have pre-arranged meetings with delegates.
Opportunity to provide a sponsor kit list including any giveaways and brochures within a bag for each seat. (If delegates attending virtually we can assist you with sending anything direct to delegates by post with extra charges applied for this distribution service).
Drinks Sponsor Networking Opportunity – We encourage our gold sponsors to sponsor a drinks reception or evening meal on the first day (to encourage continued share of practice informally). Please note: What you choose to spend will be payable direct to the hotel/venue based on the numbers attending (Not included in our costs)
