Join our one-day Neuro Intervention Radiology update on-demand as we provide a refresher for Consultants, Registrars, and Interventional Radiographers interested in furthering their expertise in Acute ischaemia, Intracranial Haemorrhage (through scenarios), CT angiography techniques and more.

Join UK specialists Dr Tony Goddard, and Dr Hamed Nejadhamzeeigilani, Consultant in Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology at Leeds who will provide tuition in imaging and treatment of haemorrhagic and ischaemic neurological conditions.
The first part of the course will consist of formal lectures (but open to Q&A) on the principal imaging findings of disease states, analysis and interpretation of CT angiography and CT perfusion will also be discussed. There will be an update on current stroke trials and a look at the potential future of stroke intervention.
The second part of the course will be a workshop reviewing state-of-the-art flow models and simulators, to look at co-axial and tri-axial systems for distal vessel catheterisation, clot retrieval, and deployment of intrasaccular and parent artery devices for aneurysm treatment.
The final part of the course will be based on actual cases to highlight decision-making difficulties and dilemmas before, during and after cases. These will be presented as if they were live with debate at various key decision points. Open discussion will be encouraged to maximise the learning potential.
This course offers 6 CPD/CME Credits and a Certificate of Attendance
