Join our one-day Vascular Intervention Radiology update as we provide a refresher for Consultants, Registrars, and Interventional Radiographers interested in furthering their expertise in AVM, IR in trauma, Prostate artery embolisations, Aortic interventions, among other vascular updates.
Key highlights
This Interactive virtual study day will review a range of Vascular Interventional Radiology procedures, providing a CME update for Radiologists, IR Registrars and Interventional Radiographers.
Starting off our Interventional update, you’ll be provided with an AVM and vascular access update with Dr Sam Byott, Consultant Interventional Radiologist at Manchester University Foundation NHS Trust, followed by case-based session on Errors in Vascular Radiology, an Intravascular Lithotripsy session finishing off with a Challenging access in EVAR / TEVAR seminar with Dr Mark Regi, Consultant Vascular Interventional Radiologist at the Vein Centre and Clinical Lead for Medica.
We’ll then present an IR in trauma session with Dr Vicky Burrows, Consultant Vascular Interventional Radiologist at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
You’ll then delve into complex aortic interventions and Prostate artery intervention with Dr Nirmal Kakani, Consultant Interventional Radiologist at Veincentre Shrewsbury, ending the day with an active case discussion on our Interventional MDT, led by Dr Mark Regi and Dr Kakani.
